Natasha is the President & CEO of Career Contacts, a fractional human resources and recruitment firm, and the Founder of Training Arch, a corporate training company. Natasha is a highly respected HR leader that supports clients, candidates and communities throughout Canada and the US. Natasha is a published Author, and proudly holds a degree from UBC, an HR Management Certificate, with distinction, from BCIT, her CPHR and SHRM-SCP.

In 2023, Natasha was nominated for the Women of Distinction Award through the YWCA and named Business in Vancouver’s Top40Under40. Natasha is passionate about giving back, having served 2 terms at Co-Chair for Dress for Success and sits as Board Director for the Vancouver International Childrens Festival.
