Speak Up HR

Have an idea, insight, or workplace hot take that’s worth sharing?

Speak Up HR is a new event designed to give HR professionals a platform to share real experiences, fresh perspectives, and thought-provoking ideas with their peers.

We’re inviting members to submit a 2-minute video proposal showcasing how they would deliver a 5–7 minute talk on a workplace-related topic. Your topic could challenge conventional thinking, spotlight an emerging trend, share a lesson learned, or spark a meaningful conversation about the future of work.

You don’t need speaking experience, a polished presentation, or a slide deck.

What we’re looking for is authenticity, insight, and a perspective that will leave the audience thinking long after the conversation ends.

This is your opportunity to step onto the stage, share your voice, and contribute to the conversations shaping our profession.
