Professional Complaints

As one of its most important mandates, CPHR BC & Yukon governs the conduct of its members, in the practice of their profession through their adherence to the Code of Ethics & Rules of Professional Conduct.  If you believe that a designated CPHR member has failed to meet their professional obligations under the Code of Ethics & Rules of Professional Conduct and the standards of practice, you can file an official complaint.
