The Central Interior Advisory Council handles the planning and implementation of local CPHR BC & Yukon activities and is made up of members representing a broad range of HR experience levels and areas of practice.

Your Central Interior Advisory Council for 2019:

 

Chair – Bill Bouthot, CPHR

Bill is HR Manager at Secwepemc Child and Family Services Agency. This is his second year on the council.

Outgoing Chair – Sandy Sidhu, CPHR Candidate

Sandy is HR Specialist with Delta Hotels by Marriott Kamloops.  She is in her fourth year on the Advisory Council.

Administrator  – Karie Ghering, CPHR

Karie is Human Resources Generalist at Windsor Plywood Kamloops. She joins the council for the first time this year.

Awards  – Kayla Kapelari, CPHR

Kayla is Human Resources Coordinator at Copper Mountain Mine and is in her first year on the council.

Awards & CPHR – Sarah Bijl, CPHR

Sarah is the HR Manager at Interior Community Services and is in her fourth year on the council.

Membership & Communications – Connie Georget, CPHR

Connie has over 25 years experience in human resources. Having been on the advisory council previously, she rejoined again in fall 2018.

Mentoring – Bernie Mahoney, CPHR

Bernie is a Human Resources Advisor at the City of Kamloops.  Having been on the advisory council previously, she is in the fourth year of her current term.

Mentoring  – Larissa Pepper, CPHR

Larissa is Human Resources Coordinator at Arrow Transportation Systems.  Having been on the advisory council previously, she is in the third year of her new term.

Post Secondary – Jennifer Thiessen

Jennifer is an HR major student at Thompson Rivers University and is in her first year on the council.

Post-Secondary & Networking – Jamie Noakes

Jamie is Co-op Coordinator at Thompson Rivers University. This is her first year on the council.

Professional Development – Mary Ann Androlick, CPHR

Mary Ann has experience providing human resources services in many sectors and across many industries. She joins the council for the first time this year.

Professional Development – Andrew Skapenko, CPHR

Andrew oversees HR & Service at CheckMate Fire Prevention Inc. Having been on the advisory council previously, he is in the first year of her new term.
