I have been in the Human Resources profession for over 25 years. I have worked at senior levels of organizations, successfully leading Canadian Human Resources divisions at reputable Fortune 100 companies including DuPont, Johnson Controls and The Boeing Company.

As a Senior HR Consultant for the past 7 years, I partner with clients in non-profit, private and public sector organizations primarily in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. My formal education includes an Organizational Psychology Honours degree from Western University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University. I also hold the globally recognized designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. I am also certified to facilitate 360 feedback processes.
