Roxanne is an award-winning Communications and HR professional with more than 20 years of combined experience in a variety of industries. Since joining TELUS in 2012, she been leading many large transformational initiatives, including the evolution of TELUS’ performance development approach. Over the past few years, she’s been working on talent strategy and helping leaders build high performing teams, career development internal mobility, flexible work and moving to a skills-based model. Roxanne is known for her ability to communicate effectively, simplify complex situations quickly and dance between big picture thinking and tactical design. She’s also a certified organizational coach and change practitioner.
