Ming is a Consultant at WATSON who works with clients across sectors on governance and leadership engagements, including leadership development, evaluations and succession planning, Board facilitation and learning, strategy development support, Board structure, and organizational leadership structure work.
As a Canadian and German with Taiwanese roots, Ming is passionate about continuous learning. She leverages her appreciative curiosity and fluency in multiple cultures to create impact for clients.
Ming holds a German law degree, is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), a Certified Associate Coach with the Justice Institute of BC and a Certified Organizational Coach with UBC.
