Leanne is a CPHR, employment lawyer, mediator (Q.Med.) and workplace investigator (AWI-CH).

Leanne has extensive experience working closely with human resources departments and guiding leaders through all aspects of the employment relationship – including the most challenging terminations and leave management issues. Leanne takes a preventive approach in her practice.

She also acts as a neutral, both as a mediator of employment and other disputes, as well as well as workplace investigator in both the private and public sectors. She also conducts workplace assessments and provides tailored trainings.

Leanne enjoys sharing her skills and knowledge and has presented to CPHR Roundtables and has been a CPHR Mentor.
