Ralf Holzapfel, born in Germany, came to Canada in 2010. He is CEO and Co-Founder of HorseSense 360.
He has been in a leadership position since he was 21 years old.

In 2022 Ralf became a Maslow Certified Executive Culture Coach.

He published his first book “Know Thyself” just in March 2023.
