Serena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Certificate in Human Resources Management, & a Diploma in Marketing Management. Serena is a CPHR and is accredited as a Senior Practitioner by The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) in the United States. In 2015, Serena received the Rising Star award by CPHR BC.
