Jocelin Caldwell has over 15 years of HR and operations experience managing large contracts, working collaboratively on management teams, supervising, and motivating staff, recruiting at every level, and building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Jocelin has assisted numerous clients with recruitment and selection, terminations, return to work, policy development, organizational career management, and performance management.

Some of her recent clients include: Guild Esports, WeCommerce, Pixel Union, Argo Blockchain, Avalon Accounting, Elate Cosmetics, The Narwhal, University of Victoria (UVIC), and Fatso Peanut.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification with the International Coaching Federation. In addition, she is a designated Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) and Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP).
