My background includes working for complex organizations including private sector, start-up development projects, global resource sector, public sector and crown corporations (multi-geographic, as well as small to extremely large organizations – 30 employees up to 18,000 employees); non-union and unionized environments providing strategic human resource management and project management on small to large organizational and change initiatives.

My passion is to help organizations move their business forward and engaging employees in the process.  I have over 20 years of progressive HR experience in all aspects of HR including HR infrastructure, policies, procedures and practices; leadership development and building high performing teams; organizational development, employee engagement and culture; employee and labour relations; total rewards (benefits, wellness, recognition, employee value proposition; compensation/job evaluation; organizational and job design; HR information systems, reporting and analysis; recruitment and talent management; payroll services.

I believe in fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders and partners I work with and am committed to my continued growth by being very involved with CPHR BC & Yukon, volunteering in my community on multiple boards and committees, and travelling abroad to do philanthropic work.
