Enrique has over 5 years of experience in Human Resources (“HR”) and over 20 years in senior management roles in public and private companies both in Canada and internationally. In his latest fulltime HR role, he held a HR Manager position at an organization with nearly 300 employees and since has advised medium and small businesses.
His expertise includes recruiting, onboarding, training and development, and performance management. He has also developed HR control systems and processes to strengthen governance practices.
He has a solid experience in dealing with health and safety issues in the workplace, including successfully designing and implementing systems to deal with and/or prevent “Bullying and Harassment” situations in the organization.
