Pricing is based on location. Booths are assigned first to conference sponsors. All other booths will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis once payment has been received by CPHR BC & Yukon. Space is limited. The tradeshow sells out every year so book early to avoid disappointment.

2:00pm – 6:00pm Tradeshow move in and exhibitor registration. All exhibitors must pick up their registration badges and be moved in by 6pm.

Please Note: No packing of equipment, literature, etc. or dismantling of booths will be permitted until the official closing of the Tradeshow at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 3rd. If absolutely necessary, special arrangements may be made in advance with the Tradeshow Relations Manager
