Pricing is based on location. Booths are assigned first to conference sponsors. All other booths will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis once payment has been received by CPHR BC & Yukon. Space is limited. The Expo sells out every year so book early to avoid disappointment.

*All materials MUST be removed from the Venue on Wednesday during Exhibitor Move Out; anything left behind is subject to charges. If using Materials Handling Service, Levy takes possession of the shipment at Exhibitor Move Out. Shipping: Vancouver Convention Centre West does NOT accept any advance shipments.

Please Note: No packing of equipment, literature, etc. or dismantling of booths will be permitted until the official closing of the Expo at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 29th. If absolutely necessary, special arrangements may be made in advance with the Expo Relations Manager
